- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Cancellations

- You may cancel your order anytime before it ships – just email us at hello@irishbuttplugs.com with your order number.
- If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but you may still be eligible to return it if it’s unopened and meets our return criteria.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
