Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch all wholesale and dropship orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) on the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on Fridays, will be dispatched on the following business day (usually Monday).
No dispatches take place on weekends or public holidays.
